Voucher Information: Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we're working on changing this). At this time no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
You need to collect your Krakow Card from one of our collection points (mentioned in the meeting point).
The student ticket is valid only with a student ID that contains a picture, date of birth, and university name.
Please note that on Mondays some of the Museums don’t operate.
The list of attractions is subject to change.
Remember to book your visit to the Schindler's Factory, Krakow's underground museum and Sukiennice Gallery, as these are very popular attractions. Facilities may deny you access to their property without prior reservation. Also, remember that the card does not entitle you to enter the Wawel Cathedral.
