The fantastic outback landscape and photograph open doors as you travel along the grand West MacDonnell Ranges, halting at memorable destinations. Appreciate delightful strolls at Simpsons Gap, the Ochre Pits, Standley Chasm, and Ormiston Gorge. The next halt is at Glen Helen for a sit-down buffet lunch; on your way while returning to Alice Springs, you stop for evening time at Ellery Creek Big Hole. This is one of Central Australia's most immaculate waterhole, so remember your swimmers in the hotter months.
The all-encompassing scenes of the West MacDonnell Ranges are unprecedented for their tremendousness and the marvelous cluster of burned from the sun oranges, maroons and purples in plain view. These forceful ranges light up in splendid oranges and reds at nightfall on the arrival excursion to Alice Springs.
